    CHRISTEN is awesome! My 1st Grande Caramel was missing a tad bit of Caramel ( to my liking). CHRISTEN volunteered to remake my drink and even offered me a cake for my mom and I. That was wwwaaay beyond the call of service. I let the manager PEYTON know of my great experience. This made this rainy day better. :-)

    Nice location, but... it's located right next to a middle school, so avoid coming here in the afternoons during the school year. Looks like the baristas are onto the situation by blocking half the lobby / pulling in the outside tables and encouraging they don't loiter for too long. 👏

    Friendly and positive staff, what you expect from a Starbucks, product is consistent and the dark roast for me personally was much better than the Pike's place.
