One of my favorite locations. Employees are polite and helpful. Fast service and my drinks are almost always made correctly.

Wonderful. Even though they have closed their dining area due to staffing issues. Sophia was incredibly sweet, knowledge, informative, friendly and not too mention easy on the eyes. People just need to be patient in the line because they aren't taking online orders either. Wait to turn so not to block the oncoming traffic into the drive thru.

I live right across the street from this location. I practically live here and my mornings start with a hot pike place coffee, heavy cream and I pick a new syrup each time. The drive thru can get pretty busy but they do a great job of moving the cars through asap. On my last visit I met a delightful girl named Jessie! She was so cute and had such a happy & fun energy that I really wanted to write this review so that she knows how awesome she is! She asked how we were doing and she genuinely cared about the answer! She was excited about going up north for Xmas and wanted to know our plans too. She made the visit fun and I really hope I get to see her again. What makes a business great is people like her-JESSIE with the cute nose ring!! 😊😄

The employees were so kind to remake my drink as it was straight up milk.
Also, I just received weird vibes from this location...there was a woman in the front outside dry heaving and a guy in the store with a whole desk set-up...
