Beyond wow 👌 this place is beautiful. Staff were exceptional and friendly! Kauner was my server today and he is amazing. I tried out the preset flight of 12, 5-Spice-Tofu entree and maize and pepita tofu.
This is a good place for date night 🌙. The food was perfectly delicious. The mead worthy of high praise. I'll be coming back 💯!!
Absolutely no complaints. The interior is very rustic and modern. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Food was amazing! And the Mead!!!! We thought about canceling our flight just to continue to enjoy all the food and drinks! Great way to end a trip before you fly home!
Made a trip to Phoenix while visiting Tucson to see some of the local sights downtown. This place has been on my list to try for awhile and what an amazing place! Meads are usually to sweet for me but they have an amazing variety! The bartender was great and offered options on different selections.
The food was delicious. I got the pecan salad and steak sandwich. There was so much flavor in every bite.
All the staff were attentive and very welcoming. Anyone you came in contact with said hello. I will absolutely come back to visit this place again!
Although I’ve enjoyed their mead for years, this was my first visit to the Phoenix location.
Pros: Incredible mead selection, the restaurant is gorgeous, food was delicious and staff were friendly.
Cons: None of the staff wore masks (primary reason for 3 stars) and no other drink options. Mead is great but it was too sweet for one member of our party. It would be nice to have a couple local beers and/or wines so all members of a party can have a beverage that suits them, even if in cans instead of tap.
I've wanted to eat here for months, and it was everything I hoped it'd be! First of all, to access the restaurant: note that it's on a divided street, so you need to drive westbound to access the driveway to the parking lot. Parking is limited, too.
Service was spectacular. We shared a mead flight; we had definite favorites (strawberry sunrise and Tahitian honeymoon) but everything was tasty. We then extensively sampled the tapas menu. EVERYTHING was delicious. The cooks here know their stuff! We capped off the meal with a mead-poached pear, which was light, sweet, and oh-so-good.
