The Buffalo Spot - Phoenix (Bell Rd)

First I just want to say the food was very good and presentation was on point! I stopped in last night Waited a little longer then usually but When the young lady with the red Collard shirt I'm assuming was the manager stepped out from the back to hand out a order asked the name on my order and apologized seeing I was waiting for a while and explained she had two new cooks and they were still learning and my food would be out shortly. I appreciate the fact that she took a second to apologize for my long wait and let me know how long it was going to be. Thank you for being aware of your customers and doing it with a beautiful smile! I Will definitely be coming back with your great customer service.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews on places I eat at. I gave this place a try when it opened up at the northern location but there customer service isn't the greatest but I love there food and when I found out they had another location I decided to give it another try. I don't come in a lot because it is quit a ways from where I live reasonings why I would go to the northern location it is right up the street from me,But I will go out of my way to this location only because they are always so welcoming.Tonight was what really stood out to me to write a review and give them five stars. The night manager that was running the shift (I didn't get her name )was doing what you don't see as often as you should when running a food business. She was helping her employees in all areas. Taking orders cleaning tables checking on her customers and even checking on her employees asking them if they were okay. She really stood out tonight and even made sure I had everything I needed before leaving and recommend I try a shake.I will definitely keep coming back here!she made my night seeing a smile on her face doing it all.she definitely nailed her position! Keep her for as long as you can :)

I give it a five for the hand crafted shakes. I had the "Famous" chicken fries and they were good. Not famous good tho. I would for sure come back just for the shakes. I had the peanut butter cup one and it was delicious. Might try something else of the menu. Their traditional wings look good. Maybe next time.

Great restaurant. Much better experience than what they serve at Buffalo Wild Wings. Cynthia greeted me at the counter and was very inviting and positive. I asked her what flavor sauce she liked and she recommended the Jamaican Jerk. I ended up getting that on my meal after I liked the sample and thoroughly enjoyed the sauce. I also met the owner who was very nice. Definitely recommend. I will be coming here again in the future.

Definitely impressed with this restaurant! The food was fresh, crispy, delicious, AND they minded all the little changes/additions on each person's food. We placed an order online and went to pick it up at the store. When we got there, Julia was super friendly and incredibly helpful getting all the meals out to the car at curbside. What I appreciated most was that before we left, she made sure to go over every item we ordered to ensure it was there. Thank you guys so much for great service! We will absolutely be returning :)
