The Habit Burger Grill

I have been to several of The Habit Burgers locations and I always have confidence that whatever I order at any location will be consistent and delicious. I’ve been to this Phoenix location quite a few times as it’s the closest one to me and I always enjoy my food not to mention the staff is always super helpful and friendly (at all locations I’ve visited!) I recently tried the Santa Barbara Char and was really impressed with all of the flavors. I’ll definitely order it again! Thank you for always providing a great experience no matter where I go!

There’s supposed to be a Habit Burger coming closer to me and I’m looking forward to it. :)

I've only been to Habit Burger Grill twice in my life. My first visit went actually very well. No complaints whatsoever.
I tried a new location near 7th Ave and McDowell. we decided to try some of their new items. The Char Santa Barbara Burger with Onion Rings, the Grilled Peach Chicken Salad and a mango shake. The presentation was split. The salad and a burger looked good, but the french fries and especially the onion rings were overcooked.
The peach salad tasted good without the vinaigrette it came with. There was something that didn't taste right with the Santa Barbara Burger. I was expecting more flavor but instead I had a chemical taste. I don't know if it was just this burger or all Santa Barbara burgers tastes like this.
The mango shake literally saved the day. It was a surprisingly very good. I am not thrilled about visiting habit Burger Grill again, especially knowing there's so many other choices. Maybe if I want a mango shake again I will revisit this establishment.

Well, we arrived on Sunday around 5pm and the front doors were both LOCKED during business hours. We thought maybe there was another entrance so we walked around the street side of the building and then here comes an employee to unlock the doors and she said "oops sorry" umm why are the doors even locked in the first place? We walked in and that same lady then went and stood looking backwards to the kitchen. Took a few minutes for her to then turn around and acknowledge us even though she LITERALLY JUST OPENED THE DOOR FOR US. She took our order. Food took forever to come out and there was only 1 order in front of us. Even people that came in after us were going up to ask about the progress on their orders. I can't even imagine how long it takes when they are actually busy. Burger and fries were cooked good though. Onion rings were a little funky but edible. Towards the end of our meal, we went up to order a chocolate milkshake. The cashier wouldn't even take our order, she made us do it on the kiosk 2 steps away. We waited over 10 minutes for it to be done and it would of been longer if I hadn't gone up there to ask about it on our way out. It took her literally 1 minute to make. They really need to learn how to multi task in between bagging up orders.

The women's bathroom toilet didn't work, the men's bathroom had no paper towels, we had to ask to have the ketchup dispenser to be filled. Just a mess all around besides how the burgers and fries tasted. We Will most definitely go to a different location when we are in town again.

Fantastic hamburgers and fries! Hamburgers taste like they just came off the grill at home. More fries than I could eat. I've passed it a million times so today my dad and I decided to stop in and we were pleasantly surprised.
Super friendly service. Manager was fantastic and took time out to make small talk with me. Super clean environment. Not noisy. Definitely will go back.
