Waffle House

Coffee and food were good. I had to remind them that I ordered bacon 5min. after they brought my order. The cook started cooking it at that time.

Staff was cheerful and fantastic. Even with a Pandemic in tow, they made our order quickly and correct, served us with a smile and got us on our way as quick as possible. Ended up eating here two days in a row due to its vicinity to our hotel and because it is some good eating.

Haven't always been a fan of Waffle House, but as of lately, seems that this is the ONLY thing I wanna eat when cravings hit???? The one by I-10 and University..! The early morning staff is the best! Always professional, and patient. Food is always amazing and done in a timely manner...Keep it up guys and gals????????

On the fence between 3 or 4 stars. Got a to go order to bring back to our hotel. Food was so so. Service was great, and they were very fast. Maybe the food was so so because we didn't order waffles? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The best part was probably the bacon and the cheese. Everything else seemed like packaged food that was taken out of the package and microwaved. They don't offer French fries, only hashbrowns. I'd call them hash whites or hash-not-cooked. They were a little brown, but definitely 75% of it was undercooked. Would not come back here.
