Panera Bread

panera is always on point. The kiosks make it so easy to order. our order is never wrong and the food is delicious.

Good, but I wish they had more gluten free options and a good vinaigrette salad dressing. They used to have sunflower seeds with their salads & they don't now. I have a lot of food allergies so it's difficult to eat here because of that. Wish they had carrots & cucumber with their salads as well.

Excellent food quickly prepared. Great mall location. I ho for the meat and cheese sandwich type lunch, but they have a lot of veggie type foods.
Neat twist for ordering. You can come in and sit at an empty table and do an electric order/pay and the server appears with you very good food! Highest quality fast food I've ever seen!

Chain so you know exactly what to expect. Ordered at kiosk. Customer service seemed good as they only have to deliver the food now.

used the kiosk for the first time. super easy and will definitely use it every time! food was done faster. while waiting for food, I decided to pay it forward and give the remaining amount on my Panera Bread gift card to a woman at the register while she was ordering. only a couple of bucks, but when I received my food and was leaving, cashier, who must have been manager as well, stopped me to offer me free pastries! he said he appreciated the kind gesture as it's not usually done and wanted to thank me. I was floored and super grateful! I politely refused the pastries and asked that if he wouldn't mind, pay that offer forward, he was awesome! food was great,
