Proof Canteen

Cannot say enough amazing things about these French cut buffalo wings. They are the perfect balance of hotness, while enjoying their great amount of crispiness. Balanced with a salad, this lunch can’t be beat! The staff was incredibly nice and always accommodating. The desert views are breathtaking with beautiful mountains in the background.

Great food, the steak was simply outstanding. Live music was great and patio was nice. Great for a bite with family and friends.

We went for my Dad's 80th birthday a d everyone was wonderful. Our drinks never ran dry and our food was delicious. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. We say outside, they brought over blankets and a heater, it was worth it, the views were amazing. Outside was a little quieter which was nice for such a large group - this way we could all heat each other. My 2.5 year old niece was there and they were very accommodating to her as well (there is a kids menu)

Nice casual restaurant at the Four Seasons resort. Great comfort food - burgers, etc. Salads were very fresh and tasty. Onion rings were fantastic.
If you are in a group and have room for dessert try the big dessert to share -- giant trough of multiple scoops of ice cream and toppings - it fed 5 of us.

Caramel apple monkey bread. ⭐⭐⭐ (good, a little dry and tastes exactly like cinnamon roll)
Smoked Short rib tacos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Amazing!)
Green Chile Pork Benedict ⭐⭐ (pulled pork very little flavor or seasoning, disappointing)
Matcha Green tea Latte. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (wow!)
Plain coffee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Very good)
