The food was absolutely fantastic. Tripp was fun and bubble. I had the combo pan sear it was amazing !!!! Warning a 7 hot is HOTTTT I typically love spicy and it had me sweating. Very fun energy!! I recommended

I'm going to try this Gumbo again just on a level 4-5 but this was a level 9! I had a couple walk up to our table just to see the guy who ordered a level 9, that how hot this gets. I hear that there's a level 15!????????

Best shrimp gumbo this side of Lake Ponchatrain. Select your level of spicy heat and sit at the bar and watch the steam regulated food preparation. The freshly baked rolls are irresistible as well.

My wife and I have been coming here for 9+ years. The chef, “Tip,” has served us every time we go there, and she is the best! I don’t prefer a red sauce and Tip will accommodate my seafood creole dish with a white wine and garlic dish. Superb. This is a little hidden gem in the desert. If you enjoy seafood, great service and the best seafood chefs in town, definitely try it. But don’t tell too many people about it or it will no longer be hidden. Any negative posts you see, must have bad taste buds or could have been losing at the tables and took it out on the food. In 9+ years, I’ve never had a meal that was below subpar.

So unexpected! Amazing Cajun seafood prepared right in front if you... At a casino! Right off the gambling floor is this little gem. The gumbo, Creole and shrimp boil were all delicious. I don't gamble, but will hit the casino any time for this food.
