Pizza Hut

I been coming to this pizza hut for the past few months. (I live close by no more than a 5 minute drive) this pizza hut is only a carry out type of place, not a sit down buffet like the ones on the west side of Phoenix. The establishment is outdated and small.

The pizzas always comes out in good consistancy. The traditional wings are subpar but the boneless wings are actually pretty good. Sometimes the wait could be longer than expected but that happens. I assume they dont have a extra cook or helping hand. Surprisingly the customer service is really good. Ranging from the employee of the month (seems like he has been the employee of the month since September haha) to a worker by the name of Marcus or Mark. As well the new managers are always on point and professional. (Even the prior mangers were good) Especially Trisha and the older guy. As well the rest of the crew. I would give it 5 stars but the take out wait is sometimes to long, how outdated and cramp the place is and the wings.

Hopefully this place keeps on trending upwards. As it has the past 6 months, as well I hope the people that work there will read this and upper management.

I as in own this past week, I decided to get pizza hut. That was conveniently located next to my hotel. I went down to go pick it up. Staff was professional and polite. the employee of the month, ken or kenny gave me a veteran's discount because he noticed my marine retirement jacket. The lady manager and the other employee with glasses and a bi tall has of help as well. the pizza was suprising good. This was bar far the best pizza hut i have been.

The staff at this location have been some of the most professional and friendly ive ever encountered. Some people would say "It's just fast food", but dont you wanna see everyone happy and professional no matter where you go? I don't know if it's coming from the employees or management but I hope they keep it up.
