Taco Bell

Solid place, and solid food, good if you need something quick to eat that's actually decent. The burritos were actually quite full, not empty like other places. The restaurant was also clean and well maintained.

I recieved my food fast and it was hot. Just the way I like it. I thought the service was great too.

I always go to this Taco Bell because it's down the road from the house. I usually have no trouble when I go in there, the food is good ,customer service is awesome. Tonight however I'm going to rant. Usually the taco boxes are $549. I went in there tonight I saw $5 on the signs above so I thought they were doing a promotion. I ordered five boxes because I have a lot of children. When I got my receipt I realize that I was charged $5.49. To some people $2.47 is it much but when you have 4 kids every little bit that you can save helps. The customer service was very rude tonight. I was told that it wasn't his fault that the sign said $5. I come in there all the time I should know that it's cost $5.49 and that It's corporate fault. He said he wasn't going to refund my $2.47 I said why not honor your sign. He said it was nothing he could do about it. I can speak to the district manager on Tuesday morning and that she was going to tell me the same thing he said. What got me was the 1st person who's attention that I bought the sign too. She didn't want to speak to me at all she said We're very busy. I UNDERSTAND BUSY. I also understand customer service. I wasn't loud or trying to cause a scene. This really had me upset. I'm a loyal customer and should have been treated better. I felt it was rude and very unprofessional.

Nacho Fries Box is so good! It is limited edition so get it before it's gone! The area is clean and the service is quick and efficient! I enjoy this Taco Bell! Definitely give it try!

Food was fine, your basic Taco Bell stuff. Love it or hate it, it is what it is. I was there pretty late and I dont typically like doing that, but sometimes you have to. They guy on the headset seemed annoyed I was there to help him earn his paycheck. He barely talked directly to me, mostly at me. Then, instead of just telling me they were out of Dr Pepper, they just gave me Mug root beer and sent me on my merry way. I'll just go to the one closer to my house, they are at least polite and would tell me if needed to pick something else.
