Had the cauliflower rice. It was great!

Food is amazing. I've been usuaing the online ordering app as of lately, which I love. But... If I don't want carrots in my dish and substitute onion, why would I be charged for adding onion? Also the orders are hit or miss... It must have to do with being busy maybe? But I'll ask for extra egg in my pad Thai and will get zero egg what so ever... Also I paid for extra shrimp and I think they missed out on that side note too... They have a new call center who takes their orders and so far not so good. I was actually hung up. Luckily the manager rushed my add on order and everything was fine after. The manager, seemed a little intense with the employees but again maybe because it was busy. Front people are always pleasant and we will continue ordering from here at least once a week! Pei Wei chicken, pad Thai, crab ragoons and egg rolls are the way too go! The sushi is actually good too and so is the Mongolian, lo mein and well basically everything on the menu is tasty! Love pei Wei dinner nights!
