    The chicken is the best I've had. Service is even better.

    4 stars for being clean, fast/friendly service and getting my order right.

    4 stars for the fried chicken, even though they were really small pieces. REALLY SMALL. REALLY REALLY SMALL. Get the point?

    1 star for the disgusting sides. Ok, the biscuits were 3 star good but the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were horrid. Bland, bland, bland. Zero flavor and mac & cheese was watery. You know it's no good when kids who love these 2 sides from any eating establishment complain and said they taste "fake" and refused to eat it. We frequent Popeyes every few months and I don't recall the sides ever being disgusting, so maybe just a bad batch? Also, the large containers were only a little more than 1/2 filled. My dogs didn't complain though, so that's a plus.

    Note: Even though i bashed the side dishes... overall, a positive review, as fast food restaurants will never get 5 stars in my book.

    Well what can I say...I had a really fantastic experience here tonight.

    The spicy chicken was spicy as advertised. The little muffin which accompanied my 3 piece meal was fluffy and honestly just a lot of fun to have it included. And the drive thru was really quite convenient. Nice touch Popeyes.

    Unfortunately I cannot comment on the bean-tasting mashed potatoes at this time. So please eat at your own risk.
