Blue Adobe Santa Fe Grille

Outstanding Santa Fe style dining experience! From the hand-made, roasted chili salsa, to the Pecan-wood flame grilled meats, the huge menu selection and ranch atmosphere create an authentic northern New Mexico feel. The service is outstanding as well. (Thank You, Dana, for making our first visit special!)

The staff went all out for our special occasion. We arrived to a wonderfully decorated table with party decorations. The food was top tier. Our favorites were the chicken corn chowder, chorizo stuffed chicken, and lobster Mac and cheese. Servers were awesome. We'll be back next time we're in town.

Blue Adobe is a favorite of our family. It is a fun and casual environment, the service is friendly and quick, and they have great drinks and food.

They have most Mexican-American dishes on the menu. All are done well, and some are exceptionally unique and delicious. You have to have their pork roast, either the dish or as the meat selection for another entree.

The portion sizes are pretty big, so you'll be full (and maybe take something home).

This is an excellent place to have a casual meal. This food is Southwest and Santa Fe style, not Tex-Mex, all cooked on a pecan wood grill. The flavors are outstanding with service to match. When we're in the area we always stop here. Try the Cruz Kitchen - it's large enough to split after munching on some chips and Blue Adobe's best-ever salsa!

Went to Blue Adobe on the strong recommendation of our daughter and so glad we did! Chips and salsa were great. I got the salmon wrap and the salmon is amazing. Great waitress and wonderful manager who stopped by to sincerely find out we we enjoyed everything. Fabulous!
