The restaurant and bar both look the same as it did when it was called PNPK, but that isn't at all a bad thing because it is really nice inside.
The Mushroom and Swiss Burger was very good as were the loaded mashed potatoes. There are a few more new menu items I am excited to try now. The kitchen tends to run a bit slow but we will definitely be returning.
I've been here a lot. I came before they switched owners and was not impressed, then came back after the reopening. The service and drinks were great the first time we came back but we haven't had good service since. I've visited several times pre Corona and once post Corona closing and have had consistently inconsistent service. Once I had to walk my bill up to the bar from the patio because we couldn't get a server to pick it up. Once I sat at the bar and my mule was made with Canada Dry instead of the usual ginger beer. They never brought back the real fruit purees that really set them apart when they first opened. Most recently our order was not punched into the computer in a timely manner and we were over charged of what should have been happy hour drinks. Today I just decided I'm not going back. Consistently disappointing.
I had an early dinner there tonight. It was an excellent time to be had by all. My two dinner guests were impressed by the Moscow Mule selections and the choices of appetizers. Our table shared the wine-braised short ribs, mushroom stuffed ravioli, and a Merlot and Swizz cheeseburger. Everything was well prepared, and the service was excellent. I will return soon.
We stopped in on a whim for lunch...what a great discovery !!! Staff was super helpful and friendly. The ambiance is on point , beautiful to look at. The food was very well made and tasty as heck! They have amazing french fries. The fried olives were also a hit. The rum cake was not what we expected, a dry cake, but delicious non the less. 100% will be returning.
First time at Copper Mule. Very impressed with the decor and ambience. The menu selection was diverse. We had the salmon and ravioli and it was delicious! Wings were also good. Good selection of wine as well as mule drinks. Very affordable. We had the pleasure to meet the owner, Christi, and she was very friendly and welcoming! Michael, our waiter was wonderful! We will definitely be a regular!
