DeFalco's Italian Deli & Grocery

Where do you start? Being on Diners Drive-ins and Dives was awesome for DeFalco's. The place is awesome. They have plenty on the menu to choose from - hot and cold sandwiches, hot dishes and some awesome desserts. While you're there you can shop their stock of Italian groceries from spaghetti to sauces and cheeses and everything! Definitely a place to visit for a sandwich. You might end up leaving heavier than you walked in and lighter in your pocket but boy is the visit worth it! Definitely try the Maximus sandwich.

We travel from Glendale when we can just to visit here.
The food makes me think of home... Grandma's kitchen... and growing up in Brooklyn
I get at least 2 servings out of anything I buy to eat there.... and am NEVER disappointed in the grocery items I buy to take home. Their sausages are amazing and their desserts are sinfully perfect.

Place rocks. Low key atmosphere and filled with authentic Italian ingredients, especially those used in Italian American cooking. I got a pizza and wow. It really comes down to the quality of the meats they are using, absolutely top notch stuff. Staff is also friendly and the grocery aspect gives me great joy. Highly recommend!

Felt like we were transported into a grocery store in Italy that also served food. The food felt authentic...I'm not Italian, so I wouldn't know for sure. From what I understand everything is made locally and it sure tasted that way. Soooo yummy! If you love a good Philly cheese steak sandwich you won't find it on the menu but they make an amazing one!! (Secret menu...wink wink) Indoor and outdoor seating. Try this restaurant out if you are out this way.

My wife and I tried 3 different half sandwiches. Chicken parmigiana, meatball, and Italian sausage with peppers and onions. We also tried the fresh fruit and split a chocolate brownie. The food was fresh and delicious. The meatball sub was to die for. The brownie was heavenly. On top of that we split a drink. Less than $30 and leftovers. Yes yes yes!!! We will be back not just for the food but for the atmosphere. 2 thumbs way up.
