Roaring Fork

Great western fine dinning. Had apatizers and some wine, then moved onto mains. Casual but excellent service. Tasty fish and chicken dish but the sauteed spinach was tremendous. Great couple dinner place.

The food was really really good and the happy hour is hard to beat. We had the Pork Wings, the Chicken Flatbread, the Green Chile pork, and shared a slice of Pecan pie. Not a disappointment amongst them. To top it all off "D" our server was on top of it all. Excellent service with a smile isn't always easy to come by. I just found my new favorite happy hour. Oh and everything else coming out of the kitchen looked mouthwatering too. Kudos to "D" and The Roaring Fork.

We visited on a Sunday in July and they have one of the best happy hours I've ever been to. I don't know what time it started but it didn't end until 10pm. The food was great and so were the cocktails. We ordered specialty drinks from the happy hour menu and really enjoyed them. The waitress was fantastic and she was spot on the entire meal. We look forward to going back again.

We went and sat in the bar. The host was so helpful. He told us what we needed to get a table. Basically you have to start hovering over people when they are paying their bill. Seems a little weird but if you don’t someone else will jump in and take your spot. The service was good and the food was good. We ordered pork tenderloin and a salad. Good food.

Excellent from start to finish! Service was top notch, food looked and tasted amazing. Very popular place for happy hour and in fact people line up hours before opening to get a seat in the bar area. Whole restaurant atmosphere is great! If you have been debating whether to try this place or not, don't wait any longer!
