What a great spot to hit the spot. It’s nice to have a neighborhood place to grab an on-the-go, quick, and healthy meal replacement. The flavors make it fun and even the kids like it. I recommend the black pearl tea paired with the lemon cake shake.

Mary Beth is the best! She makes the perfect shakes! Her place is always clean and inviting and has great music. The Acai Bowl is amazing.

My friend’s family and me were visiting from Minnesota for a program. We stumbled upon this wonderful family owned cafe. The owner was amazing at making sure we knew what was in each drink! If anyone is near by and want something refreshing, I totally recommend this location! For once, the drinks looked just like the picture and the taste was perfect on a hot sunny day!

Mary Beth is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She cares about her customers, the products she sells and her clubs look and vibe. Each shake or tea is hand crafted to the customers requests with a variety of options. From the hard core fitness customer to the I want to be healthy customer who still wants some fun.
I am part of her weight loss challenges she holds on Sundays. They are informative, fun and full of helpful tools to loss weight and live healthy. I would highly recommend this location for any of your health and nutritional needs.
