The course was in fabulous condition. It's a great course. It will test all your clubs!!

The staff here needs some training in how to run a smooth and successful operation. Upon paying for my green fee I was going to drive the cart over to the practice green, like many do before they start their round. I was promptly asked “would you mind leaving the cart there and walking to the practice green?” I’ve got nothing against walking, I walk 2-3 times per week when I golf. To be asked to leave the cart there only minutes after paying my green fee made me feel like staff at Silverado believe the golfers need them more than they need the golfers. This is not acceptable customer service. The staff member indicated that “it works better” if the carts stay away from the practice green. I could see that being true given the bizarre way in which they organize their cart area and direct golfers. Fix those issues, don’t make golfers deal with them. Upon making the turn and stopping for a beverage, we were told to park the cart in a spot which was very clearly NOT a good spot to park the cart. To the surprise of nobody, the cart was moved to a different spot by a staff member while we were inside(for less than 5 minutes).Obviously it was moved because it was in the way of other carts that may be passing thru so why did staff direct us to park it there?

We also never saw the beverage cart on the front 9, which while not a problem, it was a disappointment.

I heard a staff member inside refer to the “Silverado Experience” while answering the phone. There is nothing special about this place. Not from a staff/service aspect or from a golf course aspect.

Staff should re-evaluate their approach and take an honest look at their level of service.

Lovely course. Pace of play was good. Greens and fairways we're in great shape. A couple of good challenging holes. We would play it again.
