A fantastic experience! It so original, yet traditional, Mediterranean food. I met the owners and they are very passionate about the food, as well as the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it for all those looking for a delightful surprise in dining, right in Scottsdale.

This is a hidden gem! The owners are lovely people; the wife cooks, and the husband serves food and tends bar. The food is top notch, and the drink selction superb. My favorite part is the ambience; it is comfortable, relaxed and the sort of place I could go every day!

Some friends told me about this new place called, Taza, I was in the area from across the Valley and wanted to check it out. I was thrilled with the menu, I went with the seared salmon which believe it or not, not many can make it right. I went with “to-go” with the hour drive back but I am sitting in a parking lot at Fry’s writing this review because I HAVE FOUND MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT!

This salmon is PERFECT! So moist and soft, the spices are so amazing, this is quality and talent not found very often locally. The cauliflower is amazingly buttery-sweet and next week when I’m in Scottsdale, I’ll be having the same with a glass of wine and yes, the cheesecake! I should have listened.

If you’re in search for a true dining experience, including breakfast (you have to see the menu!!) do your tastebuds a huge complement and treat yourself and those you care about to an amazing meal that (seriously) is a better deal than the majority of restaurants in the area.

And save room for dessert, you will thank me!!

Outstanding is the one word I would use to describe our dining experience at Taza Bistro. One of the better restaurant meals we have ever had and I would give it 10 stars if it were an option. My wife and I were visiting from SoCal for our anniversary and decided to go Mediterranean one night while we were in Phoenix. Sondra was a gracious hostess and her attention to detail throughout the meal was superb. The meal was prepared from scratch from homemade recipes and well worth the wait (Europeans will understand what I am talking about). We both had the Caesar Salad and the slow cooked Salmon done in a garlic wine sauce(photos enclosed). Whether you live in Phoenix or are just visiting, this is one restaurant that should be on your to go list.
