The Habit Burger Grill

People were super nice, but we were 2 adults & 2 teens & half our order was really incorrect. It all tasted fine, but when you had your heart set on a cheese burger & get a grilled cheese (still delish!) & don't have time to wait for the new burger- it's kinda a bummer...

This experience was far better than the other local I went to. I let the gentleman know that my prior experience was flat out awful, even showed him pictures of my food from the previous time and that I came back (to a different location) with a free voucher from Management to give them 1 more shot. He thanked me for giving them another try and told me to come back to this location any time. He promised this experience at his location will be much better..... and guess what, it was. Burger was hot and fresh, customer service was great and the food not only presented better, but it tasted better too! Kudos to the Promenade Habit Grill Team 👌🏾

Very friendly people. Did everything they could to make sure our orders where what we wanted. Burgers where good. We asked for crispy fries and they made them just right a little extra crunch just as we like, not a bit burned.

First time in, customer service was great. I was greeted right away for a team member to take my order. I got the Santa Char Burger #6. It was very tasty and hit the spot. The food took only 5 minutes to prepare. Great Job Staff!

Great little burger place. Wasn't what I expected but it wasn't a let down either. I had the Santa Barbara Char and onion rings. Both were really good. The onion rings were crisp and had great flavor. The burger came on Texas Toast bread and was flavorful. It was a little sloppy, but in my eyes, the sloppier the burger the better. I only gave 4 stars because it could've been cleaner, it wasn't at all disgusting but it could've been cleaner. Overall it's great. It's not a gourmet burger place, just a fast food burger place, but I would definitely come back if I'm in town again.
