Under Review Sports Bar

Very nice place. Watched a UFC fight my friends and i ordered about 5 random food items and they were all pretty good. They could use an improvement on the bathroom though

It has been a while since I've been to a Sports Bar, and ages since I've had Wings. So, since I had to go to a seminar in Surprise, I figured I'd try a new, and different, place. And, based on my research, Under Review, was the best choice.

This place is in direct competition with Hooters and Twin Peaks. And, based on my visits to these places, Under Cover beats 'em both.

Now, a few reviews said that the waitresses flirt with customers. But, while I found the servers to be friendly and efficient, I don't think they flirted (unless this definition has changed from what I have seen before) with customers.

Yes, when my waitress saw that I was solo, she sat opposite me. But, I've had that happen at other restaurants (though, not often). And, I like the fact that Danexy checked on me a few times during the meal.

However, this place is more male customer oriented. So, female customers may feel out of place. Definitely, not a place to bring a first date.

I had a 10 piece mild Wings, Fried Mushrooms and a local brew, Uncle Bear's Mandarin Wheat.

Now, I known that the Mushrooms were so huge, I'd gotten a 5 piece Wings.

The 'rooms and wings arrived piping hot. And the beer, ice cold (ice was on the glass) that remained cold from first swallow, to the last. Even a few minutes after I finished it, the glass was still cool to the touch. 8-)

Everything was delicious. And, service was excellent. Now, I don't know if it's because the place wasn't very busy (I like it that way), or what. But, I'll be back for sure.

Had a great time at Under Review. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Morissa, our bartender, was fantastic. Funny and made us feel welcome. We will definitely go back to see her again. I highly recommend for dinner, or just drinks.
