(March 19, 2019, 1:47 pm)We always use the store in Surprise and find te employees nice and personable. Food is always good and timely. Have never received a bad or wrong order so far. As for the 4 stars instead of 5, to us 5 denotes perfect. Nothing is perfect.

We took a group of Special Needs clients out for lunch, which is always problematic at best, and had a wonderful experience because of the diligence and attention displayed by the staff. They brought our orders out to us, checked to make sure all the orders were correct, and came back to check on us a couple of times while our clients ate. In this era of so much poor service this location shines. Well done and THANK YOU!!

(February 19, 2019, 2:31 am)I LOVE ME SOME CARL'S JR. I ORDERED A 1& 1/2 LB. ANGUS BURGER WITH BACON. Oh MY STARS IT WAS SO Very ???? DELICIOUS..LARGE FRIES.. EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH AND EXCELLENT. OH I CAN'T FORGET MY DIET COKE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.. FROM THE CASHIER AND THE COOK. VERY FRIENDLY
MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT ALSO . THANKS CARL'S JR YOU ALWAYS MAKE ME HAPPY.
