Rito's Mexican Food- Surprise

Reasonable generic Mexican comfort food. Limited menu & chicken not an option for some menu items. Friendly staff. Sit down area is spacious. Probably won"t be a regular here.

Got the crispy beef tacos and bean/cheese burrito. The tacos were pretty good with the red sauce provided (no chunky salsa there). The bean/cheese burrito was delicious. The beans were very runny, which made it difficult to eat (get a spoon, extra tortilla, or something to help you), but especially with the red sauce, the taste was fantastic. The dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. Satisfied with my visit there

I love their tacos. They're always amazing to include everything else on the menu. I don't have an issue with the food, except that they only serve BEEF. Everyone doesn't eat beef. As a result, I had to find another spot that caters to a more diverse group.
*****UPDATE***** they now have chicken on the menu!!!! Now, they’re perfect!

Rito's is our go to for burritos that remind us of home. We get Red Chili and Green Chili Burritos "Enchilada Style". They are both really large and taste great. The Red is earthy and filled with beef chunks and the Red sauce is outstanding. Jut the right amount of heat. The Green Burrito is sweet with that spicy back note that makes you wanting more.
You can have the Green with Red or Green saucy on top. Either is a good choice. Both of the burritos are sized perfectly if you are really hungry. Or if you are like us; we eat half for dinner and then the next morning we'll put a fried egg on it and it takes us back to NM. Rito's recently just adjusted there hours and we love it. They are now open until 8pm Monday - Saturday. It was hard getting there before 6pm, so thanks for extending your hours. Also, adding Monday is just the right thing to do. I still sting from sitting out in the parking lots yearning for a burrito for lunch waiting until they opened at 11am. Walked up to the door and discovered that they were not open on Monday's "Well That's Freaky"
