(March 11, 2019, 4:58 pm)I stopped in Merkel, TX to get a bite to eat and once I took the exit off of I -20 it didn't take long to find this Sonic along the service road. Service was good. I like the extensive menu they have at Sonic, and that it is not expensive. Before long I was back on the interstate again heading west. This Sonic compares favorably to the other Sonics I have visited through the years.

(February 9, 2019, 11:35 pm)You have to be careful how you order. The regular double burger is easily confused with the economy double burger. It was tasty on the first few bites but after a few more bites, the meat tasted old to me. The jalapeño bites were very costly for the size of them and they had a freezer burn taste. Fries were good though.

(January 14, 2019, 11:05 pm)Sonic is not too far from my house and they have always been create to deal with. Crop service and friendly staff everything comes up correct to order. We've never had a bad experience with this location and my kids go there all the time. Great job
