We had to wait a little bit longer than usual but it was worth the wait! Waitress was super nice & the food delicious!
Pizza was good as usual. Had to wear sun glasses due to sun reflecting off the cars out front. Asked to have blind pulled down, but didn't pull it down far enough.
Really delicious family run Italian eatery. Casual ordering and relaxed environment with Chicago and Italian memorabilia, the entire dining experience was pretty fantastic. Tasty beef sandwich dipped with sweet peppers was very good, as well as the ravioli and the spaghetti with sausage. Their pizza is straight out of Chicago. Perfect thin crust with just the right amount of cheese. We got sausage and onion pizza and it was like I never left home! I love the feel of a family owned restaurant because all the members are present, either cooking or serving, and they love talking to the customers like it’s their family too! We’ve made this our go-to Italian spot!
Is this the best pizza I've ever had? Nope. Is this the best pizza in Phoenix? Probably - it beats Giordano's, hands down. Is this the best pizza RESTAURANT in Phoenix? Indisputably.
The pizza was excellent, the meatball sub is the best I've ever had, but the service is incredible. There was a bit of a wait for our pie to come out, so the gal behind the counter beckoned my kids over and gave them dough to play with, which kept them happily occupied for the duration of our wait. The gentleman who was mastercrafting the pizzas in the back came out to greet us after our meal and interact with my kids some more. The staff made the entire experience about so much more than pizza.
Good hand-tossed crust, solid sauce to cheese ratios and a phenomenal sub are all well and good, but the true magical ingredient here is something all but lost to modern pizzerias: personality.
Little Sicily is worth the drive and the wait. I will go out of my way to support a business like this.
Got the antipasto salad and stuffed Chicago pizza. Really good flavor and very filling. I feel like their sauce, and their Italian dressing is a bit sweet for my tastes but other than that it's a great little hole in the wall. The BYOB thing is really cool. My lady and I enjoyed that. I love that there's a little Siciliano grandmother making the pizzas. Great touch.
