Blu Sushi Lounge & Grill Surprise

I love this place!! The food is fresh, beautiful, and so yummy!! I can't wait to go back! I'm never getting sushi anywhere else in Surprise! The staff is attentive and so nice!! Make this your regular stop for sushi and dessert!!

Service is excellent and the food is perfect. I’ve only had their California roll and it was perfect, I can’t wait to see how much more they could excite me by just making more things perfected. I am stoked, keep up the perfected work blu sushi

All I can say is wow, this place has always been a favorite for me and to have it closer now is a blessing. The food is amazingly fresh and better than I have ever had!! I will definitely be coming back 10/10 food and service.

Excellent! We ended up here by accident and decided to stay. Happy hour is 3-close, the sushi chef does it right! The spicy slamon and tuna are beautiful whole slices of fish! Very high quality and our waitress was the best.

Best quality fish I've had in AZ, even better than some I've had growing up in Hawaii! As it was explained to me by the sushi chef/owner as he came by the table, he sources his fish from all over the world and has them flown in fresh. I'm normally pretty skeptical about things, but when the fish just melts in your mouth like butter and I'm able to actually eat the salmon whereas I can't stand it at most sushi places, I'm a believer!

It's not the cheapest on the block, but I'd rather pay a bit more for high quality than to save a few bucks down the street and get frozen fish that's been sitting there for who knows how long. I've already been back twice in a week!
