McDonald's

I am a former food service worker so I don't really complain much. That being said, I don't think I have ever had a location mess up as many orders as this one. Not sure if it's the managment or maybe the employees weren't trained properly, but this store needs some help.

As someone who used to manage bars and restaraunts for a living, I can tell you something is off and the staff here is struggling a bit more than normal.

Fries are never fresh either. Ticket times on non rush hours have been ridiculously long a few different times.

I will say that when these things happen, the staff is always friendly and accomodating. That is a plus.

Something has tro give at this particular establishment though. It has real operational issues.

Definitely not my favorite McDonald’s. If you’re all for no service, computer touch screens and no menu to look at if you actually want to order at the counter this place is for you. Definitely a smaller location with seating as well. This world is definitely moving to computers instead of people and drive thru etc. option. I feel sorry for the older generation who prefer cash.

Review Update:
Wow what a turnaround! I decided to give them another shot and everything was perfect. I decided to go a few more times before changing my review to ensure it wasn’t a fluke. Each time the food has been hot and fresh. Perfect fries. Orders correct. Went from a 2 to a 5.

Gave it 2 stars because the double cheeseburger was good and it was clean inside, but cold and old fries and sadly I ordered 3 10 piece nugget meals and got home to find they were all burned beyond being edible. (Pics don’t do it justice). The poor kid at the register definitely wanted to be anywhere else. Hope this place gets better.
