    What used to be the best panda I've personally visited in the Valley is now the worst.
    The restaurant is poorly managed. It's dirty, ordering is always slow and the sides are always empty most of the time not prefilled prior to opening.
    Also in the last month or so, I've walked up to the store being closed 30-60 minutes after its posted opening time for the forth time this month.

    Edit: 4 months later, they are still having trouble opening the restaurant. I went by yesterday at 10:25 am and it was closed.

    Edit: I've noticed a positive change in customer service and foot being ready. I'm happy this Panda is being turned around.

    Switched to the extremely acidic (burning) coke products. Asked for 2 sweet and sour, they give me 1 and say there is 1 in the bag. Guess what. NOPE.
