Walked in and immediately greeted by the owner! She explained the shakes and had great recommendations! The shakes are so good! Able to make them using healthy ingredients but taste like a delicious treat! Very addictive! ❤️ Definitely recommend! If you haven’t been here yet, you definitely need to! I absolutely love this place! I have been getting shakes and teas here for a year now. I have also decided to follow the Herbalife program they have and I've lost grand total of 10 pounds in less than a week. The coaches there are amazing, they're really helpful and are always inviting. I will continue to go here because of the great people.

I have been going to Karly for a long time and she has always been so pleasant and so informative with health products and fitness. Its a clean and comfy atmosphere even for my kids! Love this place!

This health shop has an amazing atmosphere. The place is warm and inviting and the fitness coaches are super sweet, always making sure to help you in the best way. The menu choices are delicious and the shakes taste like ice cream while being low in calories. I highly reccomend stopping by.
