I've been a huge fan of Pollo loco since a kid I worked there and still enjoy the food. Around Arizona I have gone to various locations for Pollo Loco but I have to say, this location in particular is my favorite. Always good flavor behind the chicken never dry like other locations I've visited. Staff is always friendly and genuine I appreciate it will continue visiting.

Food was great but the restaurant itself was dirty. There was a massive drink spill on the floor and it was sticky everywhere. They seemed to be short handed so everyone was in the kitchen and not maintaining the rest of the facility. The salsa bar was messy and out of a few selections. Quality of chicken was good however!

I’m a regular patron at El Pollo Loco, and this location is certainly exceptional. The staff and management were very friendly and accommodating, despite me being a difficult customer. They all knew what they were doing and placed my satisfaction as their top priority. In addition, all their food was very fresh and prepared very beautifully. Not only do I recommend the El Pollo Loco brand as a whole, I highly recommend this location
