Hummus Xpress

The food is Amazing! I love the flavors and creating your own bowl but the staff is really stingy! I asked one of the staff members who was making my bowl for extra rice he said he better get a tip? Extremely poor customer service! If it was different staff would def come here a lot but too bad.

Hummus Xpress @hummusxpress coming through with their creative hummus dish! Had the chance to try a sample at @devourphoenix ! This is such a unique dish with their own special touch to it made by their chef Eddie Cantas! My favorite ingredient in it was the eggplant & the chip just went perfect with it! The whole dish includes Ginger spicy carrot , Salad, hummus and Tahini sauce ???? Perfect healthy choice & can’t forget to mention they are open for takeout!

This place is a hidden Tempe gem for quick delicious healthy meals. Dine in or carry out. Super convenient for anyone in the neighborhood who wants a great meal in a hurry without dealing with fast food garbage. Vegetable sides are all fantastic, the gyro is so good! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Not your average Mediterranean spot with carbon copies menu items. I tried all three meat options: marinated chicken, Aleppo braised beef (must try), traditional gyro. All the food was super fresh and did not taste processed. It was a very nice surprise. This will be my gyro place from now on. Oh, and the prices were great for the amount of food you get.

What can I say? Food was great, employees were kind and well mannered. The comfort and care extends far beyond any run of the mill hummus shop as you can really taste the love put into every bite. I've got to say I'm no fan of beats so that wasn't on my radar but man oh man the jalepeno hummus was to die for. Definitely spicy but the mouth watering taste made it all worth the burn. I hope many get to try this bold yet humble place as it would be a shame to see a business run into the ground by the likes of other competitors just because they are bigger and have more revenue. I think that's what makes this place special. No money could ever be enough to steer them to change the level of chefpertise brought out to every customer. And please remember to grab a baklava by the register and throw some coins in the tip jar as it was surprising to see so little people were tipping when such quality food and service was given. Keep up the good work Hummus Express as you deserve a at on the back. The servings were large and considering how healthy the menu options are you can eat until your belly bursts and still not gain a pound. Try the bowls with a mix of every meat as you will not regret it. Oh yeah also remember to try to meet up with mobile Hummus fleet if you can't manage to swing by their Tempe location.
