Fast service, good food. Lately they been messing up in my orders, if im not missing something, ill have something different from what i had order and never give out or offer ketchup, napkins, dip dressings. i wont be eating from here anymore but my bf will cause he loves the spicy chicken sandwich.

I got to say I really appreciate the great customer service at this location. I understand that at this time they must be extremely busy and are due to make mistakes. Even when there was a mistake with my order, I was able to call and speak with Loran (the GM) and he was very kinda and service oriented, seeking out the best way to resolve my situation. Can’t express how truly grateful I am for this experience. If you want to go somewhere that is a leading example of how to be treated not only as a customer but a human being, this is the place. Definitely would recommend!

The restaurant in 457 W Broadway Rd, Tempe is really amazing. The staff is very friendly and worried about the costumer to give you an excellent service. The manager is very kind, the last night I went with an special problem and he gives me a wonderful solution. The sandwich are really delicious. The chicken is perfectly crispy. Definitely I’ll be going back soon.

The return of the king of chicken sandwiches. The bread was soft and buttery, the pickles crisp and sour, the mayonnaise a splendid accompaniment to the perfectly crisped chicken breast. My god. Move over Chick-fil-A.

But wait a moment. No napkins? No butter or honey for the biscuit? You must be kidding me. As a sandwich, stand alone, it’s unbeatable. As an experience, from a 40 minute drive through wait to getting no napkins or anything else in my bag, somewhat of a letdown. Do better, y’all.
