Starbucks

Every time I come here the coffee is consistently too dark. Tastes burnt almost. Regardless of the coffee, staff are very friendly and the orders do come out on time. Might suggest having more employees to clean up a bit more.
I understand the mall is busy so there’s always a lot of people coming in and out but it would be helpful if the tables and seating were clean and orderly rather than messy.

The baristas are super nice and care about making good coffee. No drive thru, which is a plus (I dont want to imagine people driving through a mall just for coffee).

Starbucks is always good, they even give you a "Puppacino" for your pup which is like a whip cream cup of some kind for your pup if you go through the drive thru. They can be a bit expensive though. My kids like the cake pops because they are cute and tasty as well.

Got a drink before work and decided to try something new. At first it was okay and then it just got too much overwhelming so I stopped drinking it. I got super busy at work and wasn’t able to go back so I called a few hours later after only having a few sips to see if they would remake it. Sabrina answered and was the sweetest person I had ever talked to she had no hesitation of remaking it and wrote it down in case she wasn’t near when I went in to get the drink so her team knew. They were all so sweet and understanding. Keep up the positive work everyone, thank you Sabrina and team for all your understanding!!
