*UPDATE* 1/13/2020
I went back again last night, because I was so impressed earlier. It was the complete opposite. Extremely long wait, and poor product quality. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes in the lobby with 4 other individuals. The manager tried to make it right and handed out Free Taco coupons to all of us. While I was waiting, I read the fine print and they expired 12/31/2019.
I guess it is just a hit or miss at this location. Hopefully it's a hit when you visit.

Great experience! It's a small lobby, but cozy. The food I ordered was made perfectly. You could tell the employee who made it, cared about their job. That is a rarity when it comes to Taco Bells around the valley.
This Taco Bell provided above average service quality at a decent speed for me and my friend. We had ordered 6 of their double stack tacos, which were ready within 4 minutes of ordering. The tacos were above average when compared to normal crunchy tacos, with the exception of the, Nacho Crunch, which provided the least flavor with the most filler. The, Reaper Ranch, was the best in terms of flavor while the, Chipotle, left something to be desired. The double stack gimmick was boring after the first taco was finished, but provided a nice holster for what would have been a normally crumbled, and broken taco. The bathroom was excellently kept and clean.
