I love everything about this place! The meal replacement shakes are great! My favorite are the energizing teas! I love the atmosphere it's a great hangout spot. And I love the owner, she is very involved in her business and welcomes everyone with open arms. There is something for everyone, SOO many flavors, and great products!!

This place has the best meal replacement shakes and energy teas you wouldn’t believe they are even good for you! My all time favorite shake would have to be the Fried Ice Cream. Mouth watering and filling! You can pair it with a super tea that’s jam packed with energy. I normally drink half the first day and save the other half for the following day. If you are into Protein bars, I highly recommend you buy one to try! I’ve tried so many different protein bars over the years but nothing beats these. They can even add a protein bar to your shake which is absolutely amazing! They normally have a special going on where checking in on social media while there, can get you a free donut hole shot that’s actually a fat burning shot! Tastes just like horchata! Overall, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always so nice. Karly owns Energy House and is the sweetest person and so knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness.
