My wife and I love the meat at Capital Meats. My wife knows what a great steak is! I grilled a beef strip loin steak for her, and she loved it. One of the best things that I have found recently was when I ran into capital farms we all love the meat it has been incredible i especially loved our prime rib at Christmas it was one of the best we have ever had and we are very into cooking and a couple of us are chefs so a great quality meat is very important to us my family loves the ground beef is is one of our staples and and chance we get and if it’s available we always get the beef brisket it’s is amazing you can’t go wrong with this company also they are very nice as well oh and love the beef jerky .
