Great place to stop and get a bite to eat when your traveling between Phoenix and Vegas. I had the barbecue burger and it was delicious. My wife had the patty melt sandwich which she said was also very good. Very cool inside with all types of Western paraphernalia and if the conversation gets slow you can always zone out on the continuous black and white westerns they have playing on several monitors in the restaurant. Lots of homemade desserts to choose from, we were both feeling and old fashioned hot fudge sundae and it was great!

We arrived at 5:45 & were seated immediately. Maria greeeted us as soon as we were seated. I had the chicken fried steak. It included garlic mashed potatoes & one side. It was delicious.
My wife had a mushroom, Swiss hamburger with one side. It was cooked just the way she wanted it. Maria was busy, but very attentive to our needs. She always kept our soda glasses full.

Good cowboy steaks at reasonable prices. Although it was busy, we were seated after about a 10 minute wait. We were served promptly. Ribeye steak was delicious. I ordered medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly, although on the cool side of medium rare. Don't know if this is typical, but keep in mind you might want to order a little more done than usual if you prefer more cooked rather than less cooked.

Decided to stop in here after finding all the smaller eateries along the main road were closed in the late afternoon on a Friday. Glad we did because this place features clean restrooms, American desserts to take home with you after a good meal, and friendly service. This visit we tried the patty melt and a bacon cheeseburger. Iced tea was nice and strong. And okay, margaritas were also good! Fun spot for families, groups, kids after soccer practice, etc. Very good, casual and relaxed dining.

Truly authentic country food. Pleasant staff. Healthy food no, tasteful and plentiful food for sure.
