    Phenomenal Service from food quality to service! This establishment has new management and owners. They are great! Will definitely be back more often now.. thanks pollo loco staff for making my night.

    Decent food...reasonable prices..family atmosphere. Lady at the register is the most customer friendly manager I think I've run across in many years.

    This El Pollo Loco is clean and the staff is very friendly. If you come here too late in the evening the chicken does get pretty dry so it's something to consider. I love that you can get horchata from the soda machine here!

    My favorite part about this particular location is that the parking lot is very large vehicle friendly. Here in Lake Havasu that's very important.

    We have a lot of out-of-towners here who don't necessarily know the area and they're towing boats or side-by-sides or driving big RVs. This parking lot has all the room you need to get in here and get a great meal.
