Aunt Nancy's Family Restaurant

Stopped around 8:30-9am on a Sunday when they opened there was a small amount of locals leaving & some inside enjoying their meals. Coming inside the staff was very welcoming, we were able to pick where we wanted to sit. We ordered our drinks, then our food mins later & the food came quick while the locals came & left. The food portions were pretty big for the price. So come with an appetite. 😋 A great little restaurant tucked away.

Good food and great service. Large portions that came out hot and flavorful. The decor kept us well entertained while we waited for our order to come out.

Sorry no pictures. But some history. Aunt Nancies is a great, home environment with good food. Have a 4 on the food, service and environment. My comment is regarding the payment system. Years ago aunt Nancies use to be cash only. They decided to start taking credit cards, smart idea, very few people carry cash any longer, plus lots of tourists business. The other day my wife and sister went out for breakfast. The food was and has always been good. Issue is they are again charging 10% for using credit cards. 10% really? Generally credit cards charge 2-3% on credit card use. Confusing further is they are giving a 10% discount for using cash. A charging swing of 20%, What’s up with that.? They need to rethink their billing strategy. That’s just weird. I have to rethink my eating out needs too.

You had me at hatch green chili! Loved this place tucked just off the main drag this is an obvious local hit. The food was amazing and the service couldnt be beat even though our group of 8 had 4 small children they treated us amazing. Check it out! Cash is the best form of payment here although credit is accepted at a fee.
