I joined the club to get my free burger, and apparently, the store's app was "not available " for me to redeem my free item. No one working there could help me. They all said we dont run the app or understand it. Then, I was chastised by the manager(?) Who said I didn't tell the person who took my order that I wanted a "kids" plain burger, I only said a "small" plain burger. Very rude service. I felt bad after I left. I don't feel comfortable going back. Also, I never got the "free" app item promised. Disappointing to say the least and very dissatisfied as well.
