Streets on Main

To Spencer Peterson, I don't believe you were at Streets on Main Street and your review and information are inaccurate.
I was the person that your friend verbally got in my face and spoke. "You can't park there"! There was no reason given, just a threating in my face attitude.
And when I asked the owner who was standing there, she said yes you can park there. Your friend didn't like that statement and stormed out. The owner followed him out to attempt to make peace, he was not interested, and left angry, and hungry I assume!
I checked; the curb is not painted red, there are no signs saying, "no parking", there is plenty of lane space for vehicles to use the highway. And the police stated, "on street parking is allowed there." So, this issue has nothing to do with Streets on Main, it's owners, workers or food.
Your friend needs to chill, life is too short for confrontation. And if it is so upsetting to him to see vehicles parked on the street, he should take it up with the Town. We meant no harm, and the dinner was, as usual GREAT!
Streets on Main gets 5 stars from us and all of our friends.

Best service on the mountain. We've tried damn near every restaurant up here and this by far has the best service I've seen. I've never had service like this place even in Phoenix. Highly suggest checking them out.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life. The amount of care and attention to the experience of eating out with all the pleasure of good service and food that I would eagerly work for given the opportunity to instead of paying. I have been a guest here multiple times and never been disappointed. The Cadillac burger is an excellent mix of artistry and good taste the leaves the consumer desiring a second stomach. This husband and wife team is absolutely the hungry person's dream come true. If I could make one recommendation it would be to never miss a steak night here and never go anywhere for a steak again.

Always, ALWAYS, great food and service. I have never been disappointed at Streets! We visit a few times a month. When one of our birthdays rolls around we celebrate at Streets! Lindsay and Jason have built an amazing dining atmosphere. Bring the whole family, especially visiting friends and relatives, to experience one of the best gems of the White Mountains!

First time trying this place and so glad we did. Lindsay the owner was warm, welcoming and a ball of fire. You can tell she is just as passionate about people as she is good food, and her staff is just as friendly too. The food was amazing, tried the green chili Philly and was not disappointed. My hubby drooled over the candied bacon burger and even my picky kids were satisfied. The portions sizes are great, the food is well done and the atmosphere is fun. We will definitely be back!
