Good fried chicken but not great! Pieces are smaller than other places but has decent flavor. Chicken sandwich is tasty but lacks size.

Food is simply okay. The regular tenders were very tame. We've not tried their spicy tenders , but thought the spicy sandwich was too hot for us.

I went to this location after a long day of not eating in Tucson just so I could support my local franchise. And I was so disappointed.. they were first of all sold out of product I ordered. Then secondly I ordered for 2 people.. and 1 persons food(mild nuggets) was hot and good and the other persons food (my) (spicy tenders)was cold and rubbery as if it had been prepared for at least 3 to 4 hours prior to being served if not more. Completely inedible. ..but The side orders were fine...so that's all I ate. And threw away the chicken...too tired to go back.. too bad to eat. Unfortunately this is my 2nd bad experience at this branch. 😕 I was hoping the first was just a fluke. Maybe management needs to step it up a little here. This is a new store.. and we are a small town. I had high hopes for good food and good service. ..we don't have many choices. Please.
