Ragazzi Italian Restaurant

We had lunch there recently and the food and service was outstanding.
They upped their lunch specials from
$9.95 to $11.95 which is ok by me however the portions were a lot less
Which in itself was very disappointing.
Please go back and adjust your portions to the way they were, or lower the price.

"Surprised and impressed!" I can not remember the last time Customer service, and experience was number one in a restaurant. The food was outstanding! ???? Sensational!

while I would recommend the place, I do have to say there have been some times we have had bad service. Tonight was one of them. We had reservations at 5:15 for our anniversary . we were shown to a table right away. waited maybe a minute for the waiter to ask if we would like something besides water to drink, we ordered a bottle of wine, waits couple of minutes and the waiter came and told us the distributor didn't come in so they didn't have the bottle we wanted so we just got the carafe which was fine with us. After he gave us our wine, he took our food order.
We then got our salads right away. We then waited a long for our entrees. We saw people who came in after us getting their food before us. My husband asked the waiter if our was coming soon, he said yes, he brought out our plates after that. My husband food was not what he ordered. The waiter told us the kitchen made a mistake and he would have his food within 10 minutes and he would give him a 15% discount. He got his food in 8 minutes. Of course when we got the bill no discount and the waiter was not to be found, so we asked and was told the manager had to approve and she did.
over all the food was good. they just need to work on the service and customer service.

The food was delicious and I love their homemade foccacia bread. The strawberry vinaigrette I highly recommend and the chicken picatta has the perfect balance of salt and lemon.
