They do a lot of business here. The cooks and servers are on it. Friendly and hard working folks, home style comfort food. Nice outdoor

if you want good breakfast at a fair price this is the place to come got the country steak and 2 eggs dish it was delicious and hot. did not disappoint service was awsome. came around 10:20 am so it wasnt to busy would definitely come again

Today I was introduced to a little known, Marana-area secret. If you are into flying or skydiving you probably are lucky enough to have eaten at the Sky Rider Coffee Shop. If not, you probably have been missing out on some good old fashioned American cuisine. Breakfast starts early here at 6:30 am and includes everything from biscuits, gravy and sausage to pancakes and omelettes, to breakfast burritos.
For the lunch/dinner crowd there are sandwiches, burgers and full-plated meals.
I was in the mood for a sandwich so I opted for the BLT on wheat and french fries. My friend also ordered a BLT with fries but on rye. We also ordered two sodas. The waitress when seating us explained they were short staffed and apologized beforehand for any inconvenience we may experience. However she promptly took our order and service was exceptional despite her previous warning.
Because our server showed such concern, I will mention that our beverages and food orders were served without any delays and our food was warm upon arrival.
My BLT was great. It was as if it had been made at home. The bacon was crisp and tasty. The bread was nicely toasted. There was plenty of lettuce to give each bite a nice crunch. A slice of tomato was added for color and flavor. And, today, mayo was on the side. All-in-all a nice, light sandwich. Not too filling - there had to be room for the fries- a nice half-plate order of medium-sized fries. And they were crispy! Not soggy! A big yay! Plus a dill pickle spear to top it all off!
So if you are ever hankering for a great sandwich or an early morning breakfast, maybe you could try Sky Ryder Coffee Shop in Marana. But don't wait too long because they close up shop at 2pm.
The decor is amazing! Pictures of planes decorate the walls; a beautiful mural covers one entire wall; and one entire side of the shop is windows where, if you are lucky, you can watch sky divers descend from airplanes from high above the airport.

Yummy! The only thing was that some stuff was hot hot and fresh and some stuff was cold like the French toast. But I know they had ads up for Minecraft and I know that that is really difficult to get everything out and thing out and fresh and hot at the same time! Will definitely be coming back!! Waitress so friendly!

Great restaurant. Friendly, good service, great food. We'll be back.
