Chili's Grill & Bar

We order a large amount of food (highly recommend their party platters) for our family's Easter dinner. We picked it up. They had it ready and brought it out to our car. Very nice employees. Friendly and pleasant. Prior to the pickup, the manager called to see if we wanted plates, napkins and plastic ware. So nice! No dishes for me! Once we picked up our food, they discovered that they forgot to put in one platter of our ribs. They tried to call my phone but I was driving and couldn't answer. When I got home I listened to their message and called them back. They apologized profusely for the error and VOLUNTEERED to deliver our missing item! So nice that I didn't have to leave my family and drive there again! They got there very quickly with our food. They went out of their way to apologize and make it right. Top notch customer service and everyone I delt with from the employee who took my phone order, who brought my order to the car, who called me to apologize and who in the end delivered our food were super nice and so helpful! They have earned my repeat business and you should go here!

The amazing work done here, warms my heart and my stomach. I enter the facility and am immediately greeted by a blonde, tall young man. He sits me at my favorite tables where I order and eat. On my way out I ask for his name, he replies "Zeb". I'm addicted.

Convenient to my house in the center of the Oro Valley business center. It is bar food but not bad. Good selections of beer. The small plates are quite good if you're looking to keep the calories in check.

Such a wonderful atmosphere, whether your on a casual date, with a friend or out as a family with little ones.

Service - 90% of the time servers are spot on happy, pleasant and not to busy.

Always presented nicely, flavorful, they change the menu occasionally which allows you to expand on the many wonders the dish.

Drinks -
Non alcoholic, beer in tap or bottle, margaritis seen to be a hit amongst many.

Priced right for the portions, flavor and atmosphere.

We came to eat as a family.
Every meal was served to perfection! The cook actually brought our dishes out, hot and very presentable! Our server Diego was super polite and attentive! I would recommend this location 100%!!!!
