Baja Cafe the servings was kinda fair. Food was not hot but more warm. I was not impressed with the price of breakfast. If you like eggs benedict then this is the place to eat them. They have a variety of options for different tastes.

We've been to this location many times. Most every time the food is great, today was an exception. My wife found egg shells in her pancake, and the hash browns of hers, mine and my kids were all under cooked. The server graciously removed my wife's meal from the ticket. Biggest "issue" we always have is the size of the restaurant that dictates the wait time based on party size. Larger location would resolve the issue. Overall the food is usually top notch and fast service once seated.
