Charro Vida

We just enjoyed a fabulous birthday celebration at Charro Vida. Our waiter Brennin was very attentive and went out if his way to ensure great service. The food and drinks were fresh, tasty and eye appealing! The atmosphere is also very pleasant highly recommend dining here.

As a vegetarian I usually have limited options when dining out but was so excited to have many plant based choices! Very diverse and fresh cuisine. I had the Buddha bowl which I was informed they recently brought back to the menu. SO glad they did! The tempeh has amazing flavor.

I love everything about this restaurant: the food, the staff, and the ambiance! With many family & friends with dietary restrictions, the plant-forward menu is great! The menu has plenty of options for folks who are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Plus their happy hour specials are good too!

I had only been to charro two days before. It was exciting to try another from the trio in the same week. Our server was Danny, and he helped us understand the menu. We also got a free appetizer! If you want a cocktail, full bar is available, just ask your server. We didn't have dessert this time, I was so full I didn't even finish my enchiladas. Yes, they were also amazing the next day.

Love the change of atmosphere and food choices from the other Charo options. The menu is healthful, mostly vegan, and gluten free options to please any palette. Even you meat eaters. Jackfruit substitute used in the tacos taste delicious and is marinated/seasoned wonderfully. For those who do eat meat, I heard the short rib was fantastic.

Ended the night with some mesquite flour churros which I can't say are completely healthy, but I'm sure they're a heck of a lot better than your traditional churro, and they still tasted pretty amazing.
