Del Taco

I love Del Taco and go there whenever I am on that side of town. Unfortunately there is only one in Tucson. Spicy chicken burrito is my go-to, but have never had any bad food here.

The food is good, but the customer service is really, really bad. They don't listen and they get our orders wrong. I ordered a taco salad and they tilted it so all the guacamole and sour cream got onto the side of the container than in the middle. They forgot an order of cheese fries so we had to order more. Then the person who was taking our order took an extra couple minutes, brought over the manager and had asked her what to do if the machine clicked for an extra burrito. We love the food here, but they need to become better service wise.

Place needs a remodel. It's really dates inside and the tables and floor are showing their age. Menu was well laid out and easy to order. Food was fresh and tasted great. Just miss the macho tacos they used to have.

Always consistently hot and exceptional food from this location. It is a nice refreshing experience To get hot and fresh Food from an establishment these days. Definitely worth your time to come check this place out.
