Diamond Cafe

I can’t believe some of these reviews, rating the Diamond Cafe so badly. My husband and I have eaten here several times over the years and everything has been delicious and presented beautifully. Great wait staff too.

At first we were sD that the the buffet wasn't open, but the food here was excellent! I had the salmon. My husband had the enchiladas, we got the veggie tempura. All was absolutely delicious and the price was very fair!

I took my son there today and the food was amazing. Hy ordered a simple cheeseburger with French fries, and I had the fish-and-chips. His hamburger was probably the biggest hamburger I've ever seen in my entire life.😁
The waitress was very helpful and brought drinks without even asking for refills. The portions were perfect and the restaurant was very clean,highly recommend.

Desert Diamonds Salute to the military on Veterans day was exceptional! I chose the free buffet and could've taken a meal in The Cafe or one from the grill. The brisket with potatoes and carrots was so hearty it melted in my mouth! The salad bar extraordinaire was impressive and desserts were delectably perfect! Thank you Desert Diamond and Tracie the front of house manager for your kind welcome! The mess hall has competition Lima Charlie!
